The house was impeccably clean and had all the kitchen essentials we needed. The toiletries were well-stocked. The surroundings were breathtaking, with a horse pasture right outside and a beautiful inlet nearby. The host was always quick to respond and getting the key was a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was warm and cozy, and the wifi was super fast. We loved the vinyl record collection, which had a great mix of music. The location was perfect, just a short drive into downtown. The little touches for our children, like the kids' bedding and Disney Plus, made their stay extra special. They also loved watching the chickens outside. The host was warm and helpful, always available to assist us. The attic room was cozy and we enjoyed sleeping there. The music system in the living room was excellent.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning panoramic vistas of the surrounding area. Being close to Reykjavík and the airport was definitely a plus, as it made traveling convenient. The owner was very helpful and responsive, providing us with all the necessary information and tips for exploring the area. the location and services offered were top-notch.

The weather during our stay was less than ideal, but that's to be expected in Iceland. However, the owner was quick to assist us and resolve the situation.

We had a super fun time at the cozy cottage by the ocean and horse pastures. The house was perfect, comfortable, and clean with amazing views. We loved watching the Icelandic horses graze in the nearby pastures. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and relaxing stay.

We loved the little touches for our children, like kids bedding and Disney Plus. The hosts were responsive and made a last-minute switch in bed preparations. The view of the bay was unbelievably gorgeous. The house was beautiful, comfy, and cozy with everything we needed. The owner was friendly and went above and beyond to answer our questions. The property was very clean and well-equipped for our family of 7. The location was perfect, around 20 minutes from the city center. Our host gave us great ideas for things to do, and we particularly enjoyed the local pool with the only wave pool in Iceland.

Oh, the dreadful dining area, toaster, and garden view. they were just too perfect, couldn't find a flaw.

The unit was cozy and charming, with a bedroom and a cool sleeping loft. It had a nice living room where we could hang out and relax. It felt like a comfy home away from home!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the sleeping loft. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

Great value for money, cozy and super clean room with nice amenities like a coffee machine and LP player. The property has a beautiful view and minimalist furnishings. The location is perfect, close to the city but in a quiet and protected area with lots of different birds. The staff, especially Anna, went above and beyond to fix a problem we had created before our arrival.

Breakfast items could be improved with more variety or options.

We initially booked Rvk Horizon Villa for four people, but our friends pulled out last minute. the property is in an amazing location outside of Reykjavik, with stunning views around the property, offering peace and quiet. it's a great spot for northern lights, so you don’t have to drive around in the middle of the night. It’s all happening just outside the property! the house was clean and cozy, with everything we needed at our fingertips. the owners were very nice and helpful, and they even put up Christmas decorations to make it more festive. Sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing was an amazing experience. Highly recommend it for bird and seal watching as well. I really cannot recommend Rvk Horizon Villa enough!

rvk horizon villa in alftanes surpassed our expectations. the location was perfect, with stunning views and a short drive to reykjavík. the facilities were fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. we loved soaking in the hot-tub and enjoying the ocean breeze. can't recommend it enough!
